| Underwater Road and Underwater
Structures off Florida Coast |
|
|
Image A to the left was taken in the
Spring of 1998. Image B
has been enhanced to reveal what is actually underneath the sediment
and sea grasses of the Everglades in Florida.
|
Image B to the left is the same
image with a color enhancement applied to reveal what appears to
be a road-like feature. The darker colors contained mostly in the
upper right of the image are sea
grasses. | |
 |
Image C shows the outline in red of
the apparent linear, man-made lines that occur off the coast of FL.
The water in this region is extremely shallow, in some places
only 6 feet deep. | |
 |
Image B is here for
comparison. | |
 |
To the left is image B which contains a red box
that is the close-up seen below in image C-1A.
Image C-1A reveals parallel lines in
very shallow water off the shore of FL. Some of these lines are
curvilinear in shape, almost appearing to resemble a spinal column
in the upper top portion of the image. | |
