The applying of some photoshopping (the man's head has been removed) gives an idea of what is portrayed, the smaller picture perhaps better than the larger: the head of something in between a bird of prey and a reptile, something with a large beak anyway. One could also use another description, but that cannot be mentioned without causing severe prejudice.
